Supreme Court decision re Insurance Payment during Covid

Businesses are entitled to insurance payouts for losses incurred during Covid lockdown. Insurers had argued that most business interruption insurance policies did not cover the Covid pandemic, so the FCA brought a case to decide on which wordings should result in payouts.
